Hi, I’m Cynthia Shone — a property management professional with 18 years of industry experience and a leader who has spent years mentoring and inspiring others to reach their potential. My property management work has spanned residential, commercial, and affordable housing, while my leadership journey has been about guiding people, building strong teams, and helping others grow in confidence and capability. Whether in business or in life, my goal is the same: to help people succeed and thrive.

My Property Management Journey

I started in property management nearly two decades ago, working my way through various roles and gaining experience in affordable housing, residential communities, commercial offices, and more.

Over the years, I discovered my passion for mentorship — training new and aspiring property managers to confidently navigate everything from tenant relations to budget planning.

That passion grew into The PM Coach, where I offer training programs, resources, and guidance to help professionals at all levels succeed in this fast-paced industry.

Outside of property management, I’m deeply committed to inspiring others to embrace their unique paths in life.

The Unscripted Journey is my motivational brand — a space for honest conversations, personal growth, and encouraging others to pursue opportunities even when the road isn’t perfectly planned.

Through my podcast, blog, and speaking engagements, I share insights on leadership, resilience, and navigating change with courage.
